Your Recovery Journey Starts Here

Follow the three simple steps to Recuvr your data today. The following prices include UK VAT at 20%. VAT Invoices can be presented as required. RAID and CCTV recovery must be discussed with our partners beforehand, so please give us as much information as possible before ordering.

Collection

Book your recovery and we will arrange for a courier to collect your failed device. Make sure you package it well with lots of bubble wrap in a nice strong box. It’s best not to scrimp on the packaging. We cannot be held responsible for any further damage in transit and it may reduce the likelihood of a successful restore.
We ask for payment for the basic level of service (£140) along with two courier charges (£20 each way) to cover costs for the assessment and outbound and return carriage.

Assessment

On arrival, our partner will carry out a full assessment of your device. If they are able to recuvr your data using simple restoration methods they will do so at this stage. If not, they will advise of any additional charges. At this point you are free to tell us not to continue and your device will be returned to you. We will also refund you the basic service fee of £140. All you lose at this point, is the cost of carriage.
If you decide to go ahead, we will take payment for the additional charge and instruct our partner to continue working on your device. Please remember, to get your data back to you, there will also be an additional charge for a portable disk to return your data.

Return

Once your data has been Recuvrd, we will ship it on a new portable drive which will be encrypted to keep it safe and secure until it reaches you. Your old device will also be returned in the package just in case you need anything else.
There is always the possibility that we cannot make a full recovery. If this happens, we will liaise with yourself and our partners to ensure you get the best value and try to get a little discount depending on the amount of data we can recover.
